Conditions & Services
Ulcer Debridement
Sharp debridement of diabetic, venous-mixed, and pressure-related forefoot ulcers. Removal of necrotic tissue and callus to promote healthy granulation.
Offloading Protocols
Total contact casting, CAM walker fitting, custom orthotics, and therapeutic footwear to redistribute pressure away from active wound sites.
Osteomyelitis Workup
Probe-to-bone assessment, advanced imaging correlation, and bone biopsy when indicated for recurrent or deep ulcers suspicious for bone infection.
Surgical Source Control
Incision and drainage, bone resection, and ray amputation when conservative wound care cannot achieve closure due to underlying structural pathology.
Deformity Correction for Wound Prevention
Addressing the biomechanical causes of recurrent ulceration through hammertoe correction, exostectomy, or realignment procedures.
