Conditions & Services
Custom Orthotics & Biomechanics
Prescription orthotics for limb-length discrepancy, gait abnormalities, and chronic overuse conditions. Functional and accommodative devices fitted to your patient's specific mechanical needs.
Failed Conservative Care
Persistent plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, or posterior tibial dysfunction that has plateaued despite physical therapy. Advanced options including shockwave therapy and minimally invasive surgery.
Bracing Needs
AFOs, PTTD bracing, cavus foot support, and drop-foot management. Coordination with your rehab plan to ensure bracing supports — not replaces — functional goals.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation Coordination
When surgery is needed, we work with your rehabilitation team to ensure appropriate timing, weight-bearing progression, and return-to-activity milestones.

Grigoriy N. Patish, DPM, DABMSP — Triple board-certified with over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience. Specializing in minimally invasive surgery featuring smaller incisions, local anesthesia, same-day walking, and faster recovery.
Two locations: Fallbrook (Mon–Fri) and Temecula (every other Friday). Bilingual staff — English and Spanish. Same- or next-day appointments available.
