Conditions & Services
Ingrown Toenails
Gentle in-office nail procedures under local anesthesia. Pediatric patients walk out the same day. Patient and parent education on prevention.
Plantar Warts
Treatment of stubborn warts in children using age-appropriate methods with attention to minimizing discomfort and anxiety.
Flatfoot & Painful Pronation
Evaluation of flexible vs. rigid flatfoot, orthotic fitting when symptomatic, and monitoring of developmental progression.

Grigoriy N. Patish, DPM, DABMSP — Triple board-certified with over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience. Specializing in minimally invasive surgery featuring smaller incisions, local anesthesia, same-day walking, and faster recovery.
Two locations: Fallbrook (Mon–Fri) and Temecula (every other Friday). Bilingual staff — English and Spanish. Same- or next-day appointments available.
