Podiatrist Near Camp Pendleton
Expert foot and ankle care for active-duty service members, veterans, and military families — 15 minutes from the main gate.

Podiatry for the Military Community
Camp Pendleton Marines, sailors, and their families deal with unique foot and ankle demands. Training injuries, stress fractures from long ruck marches, chronic heel pain from running on hard surfaces, and ingrown toenails from combat boots are conditions we treat regularly at Fallbrook Podiatry.
Our Fallbrook office is about 15 minutes from the Camp Pendleton main gate via South Mission Road — closer and faster than driving to a naval hospital or base clinic for most podiatric needs. Dr. Grigoriy N. Patish, DPM — a triple board-certified podiatrist — provides the same advanced care available at major medical centers, in a private practice setting with minimal wait times.
Common Military Foot & Ankle Conditions
Service members and military families frequently present with conditions directly related to military life:
- Stress fractures — metatarsal and calcaneal stress fractures from high-impact training. We diagnose with X-ray and treat with offloading, immobilization, and recovery protocols designed to return you to duty safely.
- Plantar fasciitis / heel pain — one of the most common reasons service members seek podiatric care. Running, rucking, and standing in formation on hard surfaces all contribute. Learn more about heel pain treatment.
- Ingrown toenails — tight boots and rigorous physical activity increase risk. We correct these in one office visit with a permanent solution. Learn more about ingrown toenail treatment.
- Achilles tendinitis — from hill runs, obstacle courses, and ruck marches. We offer shockwave therapy, laser treatment, and biomechanical correction.
- Ankle sprains and instability — field training, uneven terrain, and parachute landings can cause acute sprains or chronic instability.
- Custom orthotics — military-grade custom devices that fit inside combat boots to correct biomechanical issues and prevent recurrent injuries. Learn more about custom orthotics.
