Dr. Patish uses conservative treatment first and offers minimally invasive surgery when non-surgical options aren't enough.
Comprehensive Foot & Ankle Care in Fallbrook and Temecula
Your feet are the foundation of everything you do — walking, working, exercising, and simply getting through the day. When something goes wrong, it affects your entire quality of life. At Fallbrook Podiatry, Dr. Grigoriy Patish diagnoses and treats conditions across the full spectrum of podiatric medicine, from straightforward nail problems to complex structural deformities and chronic pain syndromes.
Every treatment plan starts with an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Patish takes the time to understand your symptoms, examine your feet, review imaging when needed, and explain what's happening in clear, plain language. From there, the approach is always conservative first — stretching, orthotics, shoe modifications, physical therapy, and advanced modalities like focused shockwave therapy or laser and H-Wave treatment. When surgery is the best path forward, Dr. Patish specializes in minimally invasive techniques that mean smaller incisions, less pain, and faster recovery.

When Should You See a Podiatrist?
Many people delay seeking care because they assume foot pain is normal or will resolve on its own. While some minor aches do improve with rest, certain signs warrant professional evaluation sooner rather than later. You should see a podiatrist if you experience persistent heel or arch pain that doesn't improve after two to three weeks of home care, any sign of infection around a toenail (redness, swelling, warmth, drainage), numbness or tingling in your feet (especially with diabetes), a visible deformity that's changing or worsening, difficulty walking or bearing weight after an injury, or a skin lesion on the foot that won't heal.
Early treatment almost always leads to better outcomes, faster recovery, and less invasive interventions. At Fallbrook Podiatry, most patients are seen within 24–48 hours — and urgent cases are often accommodated the same day.
Two convenient locations: Fallbrook (407 Potter Street, Suite A) and Temecula (28975 Old Town Front Street, Suite 200). Ver esta página en Español.
